TheoRapha Technique (TRT) is a multi-modality, faith-based healing practice that incorporates Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acupressure Points, Applied Kinesiology (Muscle Testing), and Affirmations.
So what is all this about?
Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body healing therapy that releases emotions that are stuck in the body from trauma that happened during the course of our lives. By using Applied Kinesiology (Muscle Testing), Acupressure Points, and Visualization together we find the central emotion and event causing dysfunction and clients are able to connect with the memory to release it and reaffirm new beliefs. EMDR is added to assist in the processing of traumatic memories through bilateral stimulation of the brain and amygdala.
Unresolved trauma can cause anger, grief, fear, phobias, anxiety, depression, addiction, mental disorders, self-destructive behaviors, unstable relationships, financial blocks, headaches, insomnia, and a vast number of issues that our culture has normalized.
Dealing with ailments day in and day out makes for a stressful life, and my goal here at Organic Oasis Health is to assist people to heal their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing to lead a life that is truly enjoyable and expansive.
This technique offers that, coupled with the power of prayer, healing is rapidly possible for anyone -- no matter what you've been through.

A focus on interconnections among the body’s many systems; including speaking the language of the body to discern the origins of dysfunctions, release the tensions and patterns that keep those dysfunctions active, and then allow the body’s intelligence to restore ease, balance, and vitality.
Uniting manual therapy with myofascial work, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy, the Ankrum Institute trains practitioners in a global way of working that combines depth and subtlety to amplify integrative healing in every system.
By intuitively connecting the body's intelligence I'm able to assist my client's in the best treatments needed to support the overall organization in their body. This is profound work and takes an open-mind to healing and releasing trauma the body is storing.
Most, if not all people are disorganized in some way or another due to birth trauma, broken bones, falls, concussions, car accidents, and much more; this often creates chronic pain all throughout the body causing life to be a dread, constantly going to the doctor, and being on pharmaceuticals that may have risky side-effects.
By understanding the human body as one collective interworking system we can value the many symptoms people experience aren't necessarily the root cause of their issues.

I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which educated students on innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
With my knowledge as a Coach, we co-create personalized actions based on your goals to move toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
